Pool Rescue
Burleigh has moved with Surf Life Saving in developing a Pool Rescue Competition program.
Our coaching helps our members test their rescue skills with events such as manikin tows, obstacle swims and tube swims carrying patients.
Events start from under 11’s and encourages our Juniors into the sport and maintains their involvement in Lifesaving.
Many elite athletes have pool rescue skills among their credentials for consideration to be selected for Australian teams.
